Attachments Vs. Connections Class

This class is an invitation into the living practice of connection. It is where awareness becomes the door and relationship becomes the pathway.

Together we will explore how attachments and connections have shaped the ways you give, receive, love, and engage... bringing awareness to what has been hidden or forgotten.

Through a blend of reflection, guided exercises and practical and insightful relational tools, we will slow down and learn how to notice our inner landscape in real time. We will investigate the attachments in our lives and identify new choices with clarity. With insights rooted in presence, care, and honesty, we will explore our relational dynamics and support clear communication, healthy boundaries, emotional and nervous system regulation, and the cultivation of reciprocity in our relationships.
