How do we flow into earth more? By understanding that it starts with your roots within. What am I feeding within me and does it yield fruitful and positive harvest, or am I sowing seeds of distrust, and  disbelief which leaves me feeling disheartened? Flowing must happen after you look within to identify the roots of your behaviors, thoughts, and actions.
